Kintsugi Art Therapy Workshop - Terms and Conditions

The registration fee for the workshop is INR 2,000 per participant.
The fee includes:
- A ceramic piece to mend and take home
- All materials required for the Kintsugi process
- A reflective journal for self-exploration
- Food and refreshments during the session

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If a participant cancels their registration before 11:59 PM on 2nd July 2025, they will be eligible for a seat at the next available workshop. The details of the next session will be announced 30 days prior to the event.

The workshop is open to individuals aged 21 and above.
There is no upper age limit.
Tickets are transferable, allowing participants to transfer their spot to another individual if they are unable to attend.
No ID verification is required for entry.

All participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully.
Any behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate towards facilitators or fellow participants will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
If a participant causes damage to the venue’s property (other than the ceramic piece provided for the activity), they will be required to compensate for the damages directly to the venue. Elevate Mind and its facilitators shall not be held responsible for any such damages.

Photos and videos will be captured during the workshop for promotional and marketing purposes.
Participants may share their social media handles if they wish to be tagged in event-related posts.

Participants are responsible for their own well-being during the workshop.
Elevate Mind and its facilitators will not be held liable for any injuries or personal damages sustained during the event.
A first-aid kit will be available on-site for any minor medical needs.

If the workshop is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be given the option of either:
1. A full refund, or
2. A seat at a rescheduled workshop, the details of which will be announced at least 30 days before the new event date.

Elevate Mind will collect participants’ email addresses and phone numbers for the purpose of providing updates on future online and offline workshops and events.
If a participant does not wish to receive updates, they may inform the Elevate Mind team during the workshop, and their details will be removed from the mailing list.

Any disputes arising from participation in the workshop will be resolved through mutual discussion.
If necessary, legal recourse shall be pursued under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, India.

By registering for this workshop, participants agree to comply with the above terms and conditions.
