"Favourite part of the workshop-was the conversation with the therapist in between the process of Kintsugi . It was engaging and encouraging at the same time. Meaningful insights from the therapist- have confidence in yourself ; scars in your life are good, it talks about your journey, success. Think and cherish about the person you are today instead of focusing on the struggle you went through . Key learning- I totally forgot about how far I have reached today in life . The entire process of the workshop reminded me that I am enough and I definitely can survive. And I extend my gratitude for the same."

"A learning I am taking back with me from this workshop is that, we all have a great spirit of resilience.
Learned that let's pause to appreciate ourselves, for ever little effort we have taken this far and to continue our journey with smile and enjoy the moment by being mindful in this competitive world."
